M&A/Private Equity Associate

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Corporate Associate with 5 - 7 years of corporate transactional experience to join our dynamic and growing Transactions and Advisory Group, focusing on its M&A and Private Equity practices.  The candidate should have top-tier experience in these practice areas and top academic credentials.  While this position will primarily involve representation of private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in negotiating, structuring, and documenting a variety of transactions, including control acquisitions, minority investments and dispositions of previously acquired companies or investments, experience representing both private equity and public company clients is a plus. Public M&A experience is desirable.  The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2018 through 2016 is $345,000 to $400,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
