Compensation and Benefits
- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour PLUS bonus.
- The base hourly rate for a MIT technician is $19.00-$21.00 based on experience, plus

What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?
- The Mitigation Technician will be working as part of a crew to establish and clean up various types of contaminants as a direct result of a loss (water, fire, storm, mold), removing debris and measuring and documenting various environmental conditions. This includes loading/unloading equipment to get the area ready for reconstruction.
- Displays considerate and courteous customer service and communication, while respectfully entering their homes or businesses.
- Attend morning company meetings and comply with a rotating on-call schedule that includes scheduled nights/weekends.
- Shows initiative to get all projects completed in a timely manner.
- Serves others in our community in their time of need while exhibiting a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
