Investment Management Attorney

Lowenstein Sandler's Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 6 - 7 years of strong investment management experience to be based from our NYC or Roseland, NJ office. Specific expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring is required. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, and communication skills. The position offers the opportunity:
